I’m Pius Steiner, and I’ve spent the last 30 years in the same trenches you’re in today.

I’ve lived through the late nights, the manual spreadsheets, and the constant back-and-forth of trying to find the data I needed in a single view. As I grew my own hospitality group, I realised that ‘gut feel’ simply doesn’t scale. I was tired of chasing fires and waiting for month-end reports to tell me why a venue had underperformed three weeks prior.

Viability was born as a survival tool for my own venues, designed to turn operational chaos into disciplined elite-level executions. As a team of lifelong operators, we know that when you have the right data, you don’t have to guess.
